Of which 180 hours must be live contact — taught in real time by a qualified lead teacher. Pre-recorded content cannot replace live instruction.
Must hold SYT status — a minimum of 8 years and 4,000 hours teaching since graduating. This is the person shaping the next generation.
The SYT lead teacher must personally deliver a minimum of 70% of all contact hours. Trainees deserve consistency and depth from a single experienced teacher.
The remaining 30% must be taught by an Experienced Yoga Teacher — minimum 4 years and 2,000 hours since graduating — or a specialist meeting equivalent standards.
